Supporting foster youth in creating the lives they deserve.
Our PEARLS program (for young ladies) and EAGLES program (for young men) support teens in the foster system aged 14-18. They are built around mentorship, forming community, providing resources, and trauma-informed practices to support each individual. Program nights are held twice per month, providing opportunities for mentors and mentees to gather and learn from the program curriculum.

HPF understands that embracing the unique cultures and backgrounds of each participant is essential to embracing the whole person. We believe each individual has inherent dignity and worth, and hope to empower them to see their worth and that of others. HPF accepts and welcomes all individuals regardless of race, religion, sexuality, or ethnicity.
Refer a Teen
